
The greater than 60 patriotic portraits had been painted by President Bush, honoring members of the U.S. navy who’ve served our nation with honor since 9/11, and whom he has come to know personally.


On the occasion, Jenna shared her private connection to this group, reflecting on the selfless service of each her father and grandfather. The whole Bush household has deep roots in navy service and supporting veterans.

Jenna was introduced with a flag flown over EPCOT in her honor, and a particular SALUTE navy problem coin, in recognition of her dedication to supporting the navy group.

The group was additionally greeted by a particular visitor, Mickey Mouse, wearing crimson, white and blue!

Jenna, her household and pals had been joined by Walt Disney World Ambassador Shannon-Smith Conrad, who comes from a navy household, Walt Disney Imagineering solid members who helped create the exhibit at EPCOT, and members of Disney SALUTE, our worker useful resource group that honors and empowers our solid members with navy backgrounds, households, and people with an affinity for navy service.



Whereas SALUTE has been key in fostering a way of group and help for over a decade, our enduring admiration for the navy group began with our founders, Walt and Roy O. Disney, who each served their nation throughout World Warfare I.

This legacy continues right this moment, partially by our ongoing relationship with the Bush Institute, which started when Walt Disney World Resort hosted the Invictus Video games almost a decade in the past.
